Reaching a person
Every address below is a real mailbox read by the people who build and run Flamenet Messenger. None of them is a ticket robot, and none of them will ever ask you for a passphrase or a recovery phrase.

Pick the closest one and do not worry about getting it wrong. They are read by the same small group, and a message in the wrong box gets moved rather than lost.
How long we take
This is a small project, not a support department, so honest expectations: a few days for most things, and faster for anything on the safety page or a vulnerability, which we acknowledge within 72 hours. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again rather than assuming you were ignored. Mail does go missing.
